Studio Ellenka products are handmade to order so if it's a busy period and it's going to take longer to dispatch your item we'll let you know. If you have an urgent order please email us and we'll see what we can do to get your order to you quicker.

Returns
We hope you'll love your purchase but if you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] and we'll send you a returns address and issue a refund via your method of payment. Postage is not refundable. Returned goods must arrive back with us in saleable condition with all original packaging intact.
Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
