Look after your Studio Ellenka jewellery and she'll keep her glow for many years. Please don't wear her in the shower or swim with her (although we know she'd look amazing being the only item you keep on for a skinny dip). She'll want to go to bed with you, but try to take her off before you sleep. We recommend that you keep her in the box she comes in, away from sharp objects, perfume and hairspray.
You can gently polish acrylic parts of your jewellery with a clean, dry cloth (an alcohol-free lens cloth for spectacles or screens is ideal).
Over time silver can oxidise naturally and darken. Gently buff with a silver cloth to bring back that sheen.
Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings can only be returned for refund or replacement if they are faulty.
